Great location, clean, simple.
Business center printer wouldn't work; staff didn't take an interest in fixing this.
I would stay there again. Great for going to the college. Shuttle saves a lot of money going on and off campus. Clean, simple. Have laundry facilities also. Breakfast okay. Good coffee.

Conveniently located right near the AS campus.
Real pricy for a Comfort inn.
The hotel is very close to the AS campus which suited my needs, and the breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean and had what you needed. I was upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room.
The bedspread was starting to look aged. In the morning I could easily hear others in the hotel.
This hotel is within a 15 minute walk to asu campus, which is why I stayed there. It was clean and did the job. They did not provide a shuttle to the airport as some of the other hotels in the area did.

The room was very adequate and location fit our needs.
Really did not like the fact that there were lots of students in the halls/elevator on check-in.
Clean, convenient, functional. Some asu college students living full-time at this hotel, or so it seemed.
