Great location, clean, simple.Business center printer wouldn't work; staff didn't take an interest in fixing this.I would stay there again. Great for going to the college. Shuttle saves a lot of money going on and off campus. Clean, simple. Have laundry facilities also. Breakfast okay. Good coffee.

Conveniently located right near the AS campus.Real pricy for a Comfort inn.The hotel is very close to the AS campus which suited my needs, and the breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean and had what you needed. I was upgraded to a suite and had plenty of room.The bedspread was starting to look aged. In the morning I could easily hear others in the hotel.This hotel is within a 15 minute walk to asu campus, which is why I stayed there. It was clean and did the job. They did not provide a shuttle to the airport as some of the other hotels in the area did.

Overall Rating:
The room was very adequate and location fit our needs.Really did not like the fact that there were lots of students in the halls/elevator on check-in.Clean, convenient, functional. Some asu college students living full-time at this hotel, or so it seemed.

Good for business travelers.It was consternation out side the hotel to much noise.The hotel is good for business travelers.
