The pillows and down blanket was heavenly.The refrigerator did not work.The hotel was very nice and accommodating but when my best friend went to get ice because I cut my finger really bad (stitches), the ice machine was out of ice.

Some staff was extremely helpful.The manager on duty was very disrespectful, and discourteous.Room in extremely poor condition with tub apparatus broken and nearly causing and accidental fall due to missing and broken chair for the disabled to access tub/shower. Quiet.Hot water wasn't hot.Ok, too far from where we needed to be. It was quiet and worth the cost, except for the water which they argued about.
