They let us check in several hours early which really helped us out since it was raining.Room key had to be re-done because it wouldn't work when returning that evening.Overall our experience was great. The fresh baked cookies in the foyer and the fruit on the breakfast buffet was appreciated by my group (of 5). Use of "Foam Crown Molding is illegal in corridors.Emergency Exit "Fire Doors" were always propped open.Rooms were clean, finishes in Lobby and Corridors pretty beat up. Pool was not clean.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and roomy.The only thing I can come up with is a better breakfast bar. I buffet would be nice.Over this entire hotel was very nice. The rooms are very nice and the beds and pillows were great.

It was in a great location and it was clean.We had asked for a Double but were told when we got there they were out and gave us a King.This is not a review of the hotel. I have called Customer Service and was told someone would get back with me in 3-5 business days.
