The Lodge is located in Teton Village, at the base of the Jackson Hole Ski Resort, and just 1 mile south of Grand Teton National Park. The Alpenhof's long standing reputation for service, excellence and guest satisfaction stems from its original owners, Dietrich and Anneliese Oberreit of Switzerland and Germany, respectively. Area AttractionsHotel located at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort providing downhill skiing and snowboarding for all abilities. Grand Teton National Park is located 2 miles from the Hotel. Concierge can arrange snowmobile, dog sled and dinner sleigh ride trips. Yellowstone National Park is 55 miles from the hotel. Winter activities include skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dogsledding, and sleighrides. Summer activities include horseback riding, fishing,hiking, river rafting, biking, and sightseeing. The Grand Teton Music Festival performs during July and August.
