We have stayed here 3 times and were upgraded each time to a suite.
There were no negatives!This is a very clean, nicely decorated hotel in a great location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here 3 times in the past two months and had great experiences each time. Highly recommend!

Great rooms, free internet and breakfast.Nothing.Great location, large, spacious rooms that were very clean and modern. Sheets were very nice considering the level of the hotel.

Very clean and quiet, close to airport.Accidentally charged my credit card for room again.This hotel was very clean. The room was very quiet and the staff was courteous. The only problem that I had was that I was accidentally charged for my room again after already paying through Priceline. One quick phone call quickly fixed this problem.

Convenience of hotel and spaciousness of room with great price.Ran out of tissues the first night and cleaning staff never replaced them.Excellent value: extremely quiet, comfortable, and convenient at a great price.

Equipped with kitchenette.Tub caulking mildewed.Room was upgraded to a suite because of unavailbility, so I like the space and kitchenette. For a new hotel, the tub caulking was mildewed and the tub faucet was wiggly. Poor upkeep!

Good value, clean room, convenient parking.An aging facility that needs renovation.Overall a good value and great location, but the general condition of the hotel reflects an urgent need to renovate the rooms. The plumbing is falling apart, the toilets leak, the tubs are rusty and the walls are paper-thin.

This motel was easy to find off the freeway.The room smelled strongly of bleach, was not serviced on the second day, and had inoperable electric outlets and lamps.The Tipp City Travelodge, while having reasonable rates, was not a good value. Cheap stay for business.Bathroom was dirty. Room had an odd smell.Decent value for the money. Good for a business travel. Cleanliness is an issue, mainly the bathroom. The heater worked well. Cable TV is a plus too.
