Overall Rating:
This hotel was recently renovated and was very clean, the staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
The pool was not available for the hours we were there.I felt overall it was a very nice hotel, it was located 5 minutes away the Lucas County arena with little or no traffic problems getting there. All in all we had a good stay. I do wish the pool would have been open during the time we were there.

Comforter was a nice color.Hotel seemed really dirty, I will never stay there again.Breakfast choices were horrible, some of us would like more than carbs, fruit and yogurt would be nice.

Staff was friendly.Room filthy, trash under bed, no closet, carpet dirty.I will not stay there again, not fit for a dog.

Hotel housekeeping maintenance very friendly.The place was run-down, families renting by the week, due to no home, felt unsafe.Our lock on door was broke, hallways unclean and not vacuumed, rooms old and smelled of smoke, it was suppose to be a non-smoking room. Loved the room colors - warm and inviting! Very clean and well-appointed for our purpose.Would have liked a coffee pot, not a one-cup pot. Trains woke us a couple of times.Rooms were extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Finally warm colors of reds, golds and teals, tired of seeing blue and mauve in every hotel I'm in! No one cared about how much noise we made.They did not fix my bed. I had to do it.The price was great, the staff was great and breakfast was not bad at all if youre not a picky person. It wasn't very attractive, but if you don't care about that you should be fine.
