Carpet appeared new or clean and beds were comfortable and they accept small pets.Bathroom smelled if the door was left shut, mold growing on the shower curtain and the floor in the eating/lobby area needed a better cleaning.N/A

The location is great for Topeka, easy access to the interstates, dining, and entertainment.The plumbing is bad, sinks and tubs back up. Hallways have a bad odor, like chlorine and mildew.I've stayed at this hotel every July for the last four years. It has steadily deteriorated and I will be staying elsewhere next time. The staff was friendly.Cleanliness.The hotel was dirty, there were hairs all over the bathroom. The hotel couldn't find my reservation or method of payment. The rooms have very thin walls that you can hear everything through.

Most of all the employees were very helpful.The breakfast.Easy to find. Employee gets an A+. Rooms were clean. Close location to where I needed to be.

Very friendly staff.The room furniture was pretty cheap. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. Frankly, the room smelled a bit.This is a very basic motel.
