Parking was close.
Very poor sound insulation, both outside and inside.
The layout of the furniture in the room made it very difficult to move around the room. The bathroom fan (connected to the light) was so loud that it woke up my wife when I turned it on in the night.

Hotel parking lot was full, had to park down street.
Would probably stay at this hotel, more for convenience than comfort level.

No pool, breakfast is simple, narrower corridor.
Overall, it's a good hotel for downtown area (not that close to town center). The room is clean with free parking and simple breakfast. It is a little bit over priced.

Morning employee.
Location, room was too cramped, bed too small, overall bad experience.
Rooms were very cold upon arrival, very uncomfortable, no view of river as promised on the website and overall bad experience.

20 min ride by TTC to downtown Toronto.
It was a nice hotel for the price and staffs were very friendly and very helpful.

The staff very helpful and the location was easily accessible.
The free morning breakfast was rather picked over and small on weekdays.
For the price and location, the hotel was a very good rate. It is and older building and the rooms were rather middle of the road but the staff and cleanliness were superb. Excellent location to the beaches and boardwalk.
