Location, staff, atmosphere, and high ceilings.
No ice machines, parking not ideal, no vent in bathroom.Great time, love the atmosphere and historic features of the hotel, great staff, and great time!

Looked very classy from the lobby to the concierge.Rooms were too "old" and bed wasn't comfortable.Hotel lobby and hallways were very nice looking, but the rooms were too old looking. Bed wasn't comfortable. Hotel staff was VERY friendly.

Excellent location for shopping, theater and dining; staff very helpful with directions.The gym was quite small and the bathroom could use a makeover.For the price I paid it was very worthwhile staying here we had a very quiet room with a great view of the lake the staff was friendly and helpful.
