    Within walking distance of most things. Had a nice little park across the street. Was near main street but back far enough that it was quiet. Great restaurants and bakeries a block or so away. It is clean and everything worked.

    Close to where we wanted to go.
    Smelled, small, unsafe neighborhood.
    This was not a hotel by any means. It was an old apartment building that changed into a hotel. This "hotel" is not acceptable for either business or leisure travel I would compare it to a higher class hostel.

    You can smell the cigarette smoke in the room.
    Excellent location in the fashion district. Everything is within walking distance, 15 to 20 mins and also very close to the entertainment district. Apart from the cigarette smell in the room everthing was great.
