Very clean and quite.
No elevators for 2nd floor. If steps are difficult be sure to ask for first floor.
Very quite, peaceful away from the bright lights.

We stayed at this hotel a number of years ago under different management and name. I didn't see much change. The location is nice and convenient to the places we wanted to see. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and suited our needs. I really liked...Read More

Very convenient for day trips into the park and cades cove.
Continental breakfast could have had a little more variety.
Overall I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom and dressing area. Although the add said that a microwave could be requested, but there was a fridge and microwave in the room without my requesting it. It is very c...Read More

The rooms were newly remodeled and clean, and the scenery was beautiful.
Don't have the sausage and biscuits that it had 15 years ago for breakfast.
I used to come to this hotel when it was here. We really liked it, and love Townsend. Lately, we have been staying in chalets. I felt like I was coming home when I stayed here in lovely Townsend again.

The view of the mountainside was beautiful and the rooms were furnished nicely.
The breakfast was poor related to no variety in fruits, cereal, no yogurts, no sauce of protein, and very poor quality pastries.
The motel was very clean and had everything necessary for an economical stay. The breakfast could be improved and there is a chemical odor due to ongoing remodeling in the rooms.

Location 15 miles from Gatlinburg. Looked & smelled clean in the rooms.
At 10:30am, no one was eating breakfast, no activity, but dining area was still messy.
Rooms were nice & spacious. Looked & smelled clean. Staff friendly. Good location. We would go back again. Still wish it was a little cheaper. We couldn't name our own price, but was probably competitive price for the area.

The continental breakfast is really good, and the staff is really nice.
There were allot of motorcycle riders there our first night and they were sitting outside drinking beer.
I will stay there again when we are in the area.
