Impossible for me to come up with something. 
Rude staff, noisy and barely clean rooms. My wife and I travel all over the world, and this hotel rates second to the worse we have stayed in thus far.

Not much. Ice box has food in it from a past guest of that room. Shower did not function showerhead clogged so badly that water just dribbled out. Staff was not very friendly. Food was left in the fridge from a past guest.

The new owners are trying hard. Really old and beaten up. Reasonably priced hotels are sparse in Tucson during gem and mineral month. But, it was just recently purchased by Rodeway and there is evidence that they are trying mightily to make the best of a badly abused property.

The price. Hotel was not a non-smoking room, even though it said it was. Had small roaches. The room smelled of cigarettes even though we were told it was a non-smoking room. I saw some small roaches-not good. Also, did not feel very safe judging by the street activity I saw.
