Location.
Confirmed non smoking room not available.Had to stay in a smoking area and room. disgusting. Needed to launder all my clothes after trip.

The location was very convenient to shopping and the freeway.The covers on the bed were dirty and stained, the spa was not working.Overall, it was a great room for the money. It is near the freeway and shopping. The staff was friendly and they were always working on keeping the area clean.

Convenient.Poor continental breakfast selections.Needs to have a better breakfast selection in the morning. Good location, glasses and ice bucket should be in bathroom.

Excellent and knowledgeable front desk staff.Breakfast was either too sweet, or tasteless.I would go back there again if I plan to be in the Tucson area. I enjoyed my stay.
