Cleanliness poor.
Below average. First room given had ants in the bathtub and sink. Seemed unconcerned that they didn't think they had another room available. Did find a room (the handicapped room) next to a noisy air conditioner outside and towards the front of the hotel ...Read More

Very close to park place mall.
Old and worn, needs refurbish.
Not up to normal La Quinta standards. Old and deferred maintenance. Only saving grace is its close to Park Place Mall where my wife loves to shop. Would avoid this hotel in the future.
