Breakfast could have been better for a Marriott.
The TownePlace Suites hotel is clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and our stay was wonderful. I would go back again for sure!

In a quiet area.
Dirty carpet.
It also took about 20 minutes the next morning to get checked-out. We thought it was all taken care of but, we ended up getting billed on our credit card and had to request a credit several days later. Carpet was dirty and had wet spots on it.
I found the Towneplace Tucson North to be very attractive, clean, comfortable and friendly. It's close to excellent restaurants and shopping and convenient to downtown Tucson.

The room was clean and offered a full kitchen.
No Jacuzzi.
We spent very little time in our hotel room, so it didn't really give us a chance to enjoy the amenities such as the full kitchen. Overall, it was a good hotel for our money and our needs.

Bathrooms were very clean.
The room had a different smell to it.
The smell in the room was the main reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast is rather sparse.
For the money this is an excellent bargain. While most people might not like its distance from the freeway, I was looking to be closer to the Northeast part of town so it was perfect for me. This is my second stay here.
