Location and price.Noise level - majority of use appeared to be young military personnel.Overall, satisfactory for the price. Would not recommend as vacation stop, but certainly acceptable for travel or business stop.

I loved the full breakfast, the large pool and the great service and friendly workers.On the bottom floor was rather noise by the pool area.This was a wonderful hotel for the price, a great location and a great staff and breakfast . Loved the big size pool where I could actually swim laps.
