The rooms and staff were great!You would have expected a refrigerator in the room.The staff was excellent and the rooms were spacious. I was disappointed with the fact that there was not a mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Beds very comfortable.Poor wireless computer connections.We really like this hotel and will be back. There were only two things we didn't like but dealt with. Pool and exercise room was in good condition.The beds were not that comfortable and found one bug on the carpet.It was a great location if you were visiting Jack Daniels Distillery. The pool was very clean for the kids to swim. One negative if you're used to fluffy beds in 3 star hotels this one will not work for you.

Very clean room.Walls are not sound proof.You are able to hear through the walls and front door, from footsteps of every person walking by late at night to the child crying at 6am every morning I would not stay here again for that reason.

N/ACould not use the pool and was told it would be fixed every day.For a hotel room it was okay however it seems if you use the Internet to book it you did not get a refrigerator and other stuff where as you walked in you got a better room and services.

Great continental breakfast!The pool was not maintained well and needed serious attention. My family didn't get to swim because it was gross.!Average hotel for the most part. I would not want to stay more than one night!
