Price, location for us, good deal, small continental.No pool.We needed to be right next to the stockyards in Tulsa and it was perfect. Right across the street. For other people, it may be a bit out of the way of everything else. Good motel for the money. Had real funky mirrors!

The lobby and rooms were clean and the staff very responsive. A great value for the price.The sheets did not appear to be fresh. The staff profusely apologized and immediately corrected the problem.We previously stayed at this hotel several years ago. The rooms were as clean as we remembered.
