Minimum age required at check-in is 21. There is a USD 125.00 resort fee and a cleaning fee USD 50.00 for 1 bedroom units, or a cleaning fee USD 100.00 for 2 and 3 bedroom units, to be collected at check-in. There is a USD 35 non-refundable damage waiver fee that applies to stays of 4 nights and longer. Check in is at after 4pm. Check out is at 11am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. If arriving after hours there is a mailbox conveniently located to the right of the office doors with your check in packet enclosed.
