Was very nice and had a lot to offer.Found garbage in the ice holder and the ice machine didn't even work.Wonderful resort! We liked it so much we bought a timeshare there!

It's proximity to the places I had to visit.There was nothing that was displeasing to me.This hotel is one that I would recommend to others for the price. I was very comfortable as was the atmosphere. I did notice that management was in the process of upgrading furnishings, but it in no ways disturbed my stay.

Refrigerator in the room. Clean bathroom, good location.Smelled of old smoker, ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work.Very friendly staff, good location, great for one night stop, some rooms off the main highway so you don't hear all the traffic.

Front office staff very friendly and helpful.Junky car in the parking lot that never moved, pool not useable didn't like the dumpster just outside my door.The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we had was clean, but this hotel is really more appropriate for the trucking industry, not the leisure traveler - too far from the main city of Tyler.
