We are Tylers oldest B and B, and the closest lodging facility to historic downtown Tyler. An 1859 Tyler Historic Landmark, the Manor is a restored Queen Anne Victorian home. The house is set back on a large corner lot surrounded by brick streets and many mature shade trees. There is a covered jacuzzi in the relaxing Rear Garden along with a koi pond, gazebo, wishing well, and large back deck. The main house has original oak and heart-of-pine wood floors, wood moulding, and gorgeous stained-glass windows. All 8 rooms have private baths, some featuring claw-foot tubs. Additional features in some rooms include king or queen-size beds, fireplaces, private balconies or porches. Two of the rooms are private carriage houses for that home-away-from-home feeling. A delicious full country breakfast is served daily on china, crystal and silver in the formal dining room. The Woldert-Spence Manor is perfect for honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, or any special occasion. Also ask about our whole house rate for family reunions, retreats or group getaways. We are just minutes from many attractions including Tylers Rose Garden, fine dining, antique stores, Tyler State Park, and more. There is something for everyone to enjoy while in Tyler.
