Price.Smelly room and air conditioner, no internet.The ironing board was broken, air conditioner smelled really bad when operated, and there was no internet access and no help was provided. The office personnel seemed to not care. Would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient to businesses I needed.King room, handicapped not available and was unable to specify this in making selections through Priceline.Clean, neat, business oriented.
