The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast was nothing great but it was adequate.Nice, clean and close to the main drag in Tyler.

Great rooms, extremely clean, used the laundry on site, excellent location!Front desk could be a little friendlier.The rooms were huge, extremely clean, and bedding was great! We have found our favorite place to stay in Tyler. Really, there were no complaints; it has a great breakfast, indoor pool with hot tub, very friendly atmosphere.

Very large rooms.The paper view channel was not working till midnight.Very nice over all would stay there again and tell people to stay there also.

Microwave, fridge. Extra sofa sleeper&Sofa sleeper mattress needs to be replaced. Back ache.Staff was friendly, accommodations exceptional, loved everything about it, but one. Sofa sleeper mattress needs to be changed. Getting a little thin. Other than that. We will be back!

Room was large & comfortable.Room had a new carpet chemical smell. Had to go outside to get to "indoor" pool, which had a green cloud around it from all the chemicals.Good hotel for the price. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Kids loved the indoor pool and adults loved the hot tub.No partition between pullout sofa and beds, sofa bed did not have linens that fit or blankets pillows.Staff polite and helpful.

Housekeeping took personal care of us. Desk staff also - was moving my son to Tyler and they helped me with everything I needed.Omelets.Absolutely perfect for a family stay. I will definitely be back. My son now lives across the street! Near hospital, pharmacy, shopping, movies, church, dining, plus all the comforts of home within the hotel.
