Housekeeping helped assist with luggage carrier. No air exhaust in bathroom. Good it met our needs. In town for a funeral easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Refrigerator, microwave, ironing board & iron.

Can't think of a thing. Staff was<BR/>untrained. Staff thought we were smokers and planned to place us accordingly. Then, placed us in an inappropriate room anyway.

The staff and facilities were excellent and helpful. N/A Wife used to live in Masontown and recommended hotel for its location and what the Hotel had as far as enjoyment and access to other places we visit. Overall experience was excellent.
