The staff is very friendly and go out of thier way to treat you right.
N/AThis is a great hotel for the family, I saw it went from a 3.5 to a 3 and I do not understand why. The hotel is constantly be remodeled and improved, the staff is great and the rooms are wonderful.

N/AThe hotel bar closed early, around 11:30. The bartender sold us a drink, but told us we had to sit outside in the lobby. Also, no food.The rooms were very high end. Very clean and well decorated with down comforters and pillows. We did not use the facilities, such as the pool, etc. The area was okay. Room was large and spacious.Hotel had foul odor, airplane noise, $10 per day parking fee.Hotel was adequate. Room was spacious. Funny odor in hallways and room. Bed was not that comfortable. Noise at night from adjacent airport. I didn't like the $10 per night parking fee.

Quiet rooms.Old hotel, so-so appearance, water in shower kept on changing to hot to cold and cold to hot.Older hotel and looks like it, rooms were clean though. Didn't know we had to pay extra to park in parking lot.
