Located next to the freeway and a Taco Bell. 
I asked them to wake me up at 6 am and they did not. I woke myself up and was almost late to a meeting. I think the rooms had been recently remodeled, so they were nice, nothing special. Easy to get to Sherman Oaks. Their breakfast was not as good as other holiday inn expresses. They are redoing it. The rooms were clean and easy to get to the highway and easy to get to our location of Sherman Oaks. Less expensive. In a business area, car dealerships, etc. Not a prime area, but I felt safe.
