Oly the views. Room furniture old, not cozy, bar needs new seats (too worn out) and higher for better view. It is loosing its potential. Could be better is renovated.

Nice room with a good price. Internet connections were $15 a day. This is a nice, higher end hotel in a fair location. It will fill the bill nicely if you are willing to walk 10 minutes to get to the heart of downtown or the Westin bay shore convention spaces. Fantastic location and awesome views! Expensive considering not much was included- only given two towels and no fridge or microwave. My overall experience at the empire landmark was excellent! Our room was on the 18th floor and gave us views of the mountains, English bay, and Stanley park and rob son street. The room was a bit small but very cozy for a romantic vacation. Cheap parking. Location, cleanliness, and unfriendly staff. Not good! The staff was finally friendly when we were checking out!
