Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Granville Island, Stanley Park Sea Wall, Yaletown and Robson shopping districts, GM Place and fine dining and entertainment are nearby. Hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool and is pet friendly. All adult guests receive free passes to Fitness World during their stay. Family suites that sleep six and suites with fully equipped kitchens available. Parking charge of 15.00 a day plus taxes/night. Pet charge of 15.00/night per pet. Limit 2 Pets/Room (up to 50lbs each pet). Completely Non Smoking Environment. Taxes include 1.5 percent Destination Marketing Fee.

The location was very convenient, close to everything.
The heater in the room did not work, we froze. Asked for king, got two doubles.Location was great, paying extra for parking was not expected. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. Helpful staff, nice restaurant, great computer area.Had to carry luggage up many steps to check in at 11pm.The hotel and neighborhood seemed a bit iffy upon our 11 pm arrival. The next morning it was all transformed to a very nice place with a great restaurant and public computer area.

The bed & pillows were very comfortable.Coffee whitener was powder-yuk! Drapes did not close at night.Overall, very comfortable. They should probably leave a note to this effect on the coffee tray. They provided very comprehensive maps of Downtown Vancouver which were a great help.

It was very clean.When we arrived late, we were not greeted for some time although a front desk clerk was right in front of us. He looked up at one point but rather.I'll be right with you we were given a negative look, finally another clerk came out of the back to check us in.
