Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and location.
High extra costs and lack of flexibility over food in restaurant, etc.
I would imagine it great for the non-budget business traveler. However, as a 'discount break' hotel through Priceline it came with too many expensive hidden extras that took the edge off our stay there.

Breakfast dining room waiter uninvolved felt like I was a bother being there.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very helpful.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like.
The Sheraton Wall Centre is a beautiful hotel, with many amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.From check in to check out, it was a great experience.
