Location near great restaurants. Safer part of town.
Curtains falling apart. Very old worn out building. Threadbare sheets with holes. No Microwave.Each room had different amenities, yet were priced the same. We had friends staying at the same time who did not have a coffee maker, and we did. They had a microwave, we did not.
