Separate suite beds.
Unfriendly staff, no in room brochures.
Mixed floor smoking and nonsmoking. Rooms are nicer than public spaces. No extras.

The front office staff was outstanding.
When I arrived the toilet seat was dirty and I had to clean it.
The hotel is old, needs refurbishing. The hotel is not in the best part of Vancouver. There is a lot of street noise heard in the room.

Spacious rooms.
They sell water bottles in the room - easily confused with complimentary water. Parking lot can be leveled.
Nice location - grocery store nearby, and outside downtown so convenient for various locations.
