O'Doul's Restaurant and Bar: O'Doul's Restaurant and Bar has been a Vancouver dining tradition since the early 1960's, when it opened as a popular cafe. There are very few native Vancouver-ites unfamiliar with O'Doul's Sunday brunch and, now, live Jazz on the weekends. The new decor (since the complete renovation in 1996) is evocative of the days of discovery, as an old World twin-hemisphere map adorns the atrium ceiling and compass roses help you get your bearings. The food is an exploration into the rich flavors and bountiful harvest of this abundant coastline and the fertile Fraser Valley delta. Prominent breakfast and brunch favorites are Eggs Benedict and Blueberry Banana Pancakes. Popular lunch entrees include panfried Fanny Bay oysters and O'Doul's Deli style sandwich. Executive Chef Ray Evans has created our exciting menu with discovery in mind. The selections, all made from the freshest ingredients, take you on a gastronomic journey. The flavors are exceptional yet simple, based on our Pacific Northwest offerings, and our beverage list features some of British Columbia's best wines and micro-brewed beers. * Hours - 06:30-15:00/17:00-22:00 * Rating - 4 Star * Dress Code - Casual
