Great room, comfortable bed, very clean.Breakfast had very few vegan options.This was a great place, only second to the bed and breakfast we stayed at during our trip! I'd definitely stay at a Phoenix Inn again!

The hot tub and swimming pool for everyone.The elevator should have been more that 1 and larger.My daughter and her husband and 2 kids stayed there. They were very impressed with there stay. The continental breakfast needs improving. I didn't eat there but that was what they said.

The layout and comfort of the room were very good.Could have used more towels for 2 people in the room.The hotel atmosphere was very nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others for the price.

Quiet, clean and lots of work space, high speed internet.Did not have an automatic front door. Hard to get luggage in the front door.After a long day of work it felt good to crash here. Even in a single room I had plenty of space to crash and work either at the desk, the couch or the huge king size bed. It's my favorite affordable place to stay whenever I visit Portland.

Excellent customer service!Loud A/C.Much more room than what I paid for. Excellent facilities and customer service. Also one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have had in years.

I liked the way the room was arranged and the bed.The room needed more waste baskets.Very good.
