Location. Could walk to attractions and shopping in Victoria. No air conditioning. Not as clean as I would like. Good location. No air conditioning. Ate breakfast in their restaurant. Food not good.

Clean, excellent value for price. Outside room (not in the courtyard) were not as safe because there was not an extra security door. We stayed in the courtyard room, which I highly recommend above a standard room. The walls are wood paneled and reminded me of being in a lodge in the woods. Good location, courtyard was better than the regular room. Wouldn't stay again, paid too much, and didnt like the smell of the room. Would only stay in the courtyard rooms, good location. Would not stay here again.

Great location in Victoria. Small rooms, but clean. I would not recommend this hotel for more than a couple of nights. It is simple with no thrills, but a great rate. The room was small but clean.

It was close to downtown and easy to get to a bus. It is central located. The hotel is ok for one night. It did not have any thing to offer. It is ok to sleep and leaf. The rooms are old, the front desk personnel are very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Because of the weather in Victoria Ileurned, it is very important to have something more than an old room with only a fan.

Many nice extra touches, such as books describing tourist activities, history of Paul's, and Victoria. Wish there was room service. Breakfast did not meet our expectations for value/price. Paul's is located conveniently, features large, comfortable and clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
