The staff was very nice and the rest of the hotel was very nice too.
Room smelled and coffee pot had cockroach stuck in water tube.
The hotel was clean but the smoking room smelled really bad.

That the room had a nice view to the pool and the trees that were there.
That the water in the pool was a little unclear.
Well like I said I liked the back of the hotel facing the pool, also the parking. The other side didn't looked so nice but the room was nice.

Roaches and not enough towels in the room for each person.

We liked the pool and the convenience to the beach.
There were no towels/washcloths in the room. Staff wasn't concerned with this problem. They offered no help in locating clean towels.
The beds were comfortable. The hotel didn't live up to the photos that were posted on the internet. Rooms were in need of a few repairs and the staff was generally not very helpful. I have never been to a hotel that did not have towels in the room. Thank ...Read More

This hotel really did not meet my expectations for a hotel.

The staff upon registration was friendly and prompt.
it was not a clean hotel at all, the housekeeping staff was not good, the grounds had the potential to be attractive (landscape) but was dirty looking.

The bathrooms need updating
The hotel staff were generally very cooperative; however, there was a shortage of towels, soap, lotion to give to patronage. I believe that the continental breakfast was very much appreciated.
