Located next to the beach and boardwalk. 
Carpets were old, staff was unfriendly and clueless, poor ambiance. We took Howard Johnson, because it was a well known brand name. However, we were disappointed by the look and feel of the hotel. Good view of the ocean, in a good location, parking on same floor. Beds where old, need more plug-in, parking spot hard to get into. The hotel was OK they need to up date somethings. Like the beds and need more plugs in.

I loved the location you couldn't ask for better. N/A The hotel was wonderful and parking was really tight but it worked. I was really happy with the room as it was big and clean.

Liked th easy parking and walking distance to places I was interested in. Shelves above clothes bar has not been cleaned in years. Did not hear doors slamming at night. Slept well. A big plus. However,the messages from incoming calls did not work.

Convenient location, great price. 3 year old wet the bed and housekeeping wouldnt come back and change sheets because they already cleaned the room. This was a great hotel at a great rate. Great ocean front view. Kid friendly.
