Located next to the beach and boardwalk.
Carpets were old, staff was unfriendly and clueless, poor ambiance.We took Howard Johnson, because it was a well known brand name. However, we were disappointed by the look and feel of the hotel. Good view of the ocean, in a good location, parking on same floor.Beds where old, need more plug-in, parking spot hard to get into.The hotel was OK they need to up date somethings. Like the beds and need more plugs in.

Liked th easy parking and walking distance to places I was interested in.Shelves above clothes bar has not been cleaned in years.Did not hear doors slamming at night. Slept well. A big plus. However,the messages from incoming calls did not work.

Convenient location, great price.3 year old wet the bed and housekeeping wouldnt come back and change sheets because they already cleaned the room.This was a great hotel at a great rate. Great ocean front view. Kid friendly.
