Must Have 1 Adult 21 Years Or Older In Room. Front Desk Hours Oct 1 - May 15: 9:00am - 9:00pm, (subject to change). The proximity of the beach.
The staff specifically the young lady that checked us in.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I find the rate charged is way too high for such a filthy un kept, no amenity hotel.

Dirty, looks like a crack hotel, and bed bugs.

Room, bedspread could have been cleaner.
Bed was hard, room was funky, but the staff was great--they were attentive and helpful and kind, and having friendly folks at the Helm makes up for the less than 4 star accommodations.
