Location.Housekeeping poor, took forever for room to be made up.Great location and view, Staff very friendly but over whelmed, it took forever for room to be made up and then things were still not done. Two elevators for number of rooms not enough, two more needed. One would wait a long time to get down or up.

Room was beautiful. View was simply amazing! Pools (3) were awesome!Check out time could have been pushed a bit back but was at 12 pm.Awesome hotel. The weather was bad so we stayed in mostly. Had a great view of the ocean and was just perfect! The pools were nice! I heard the food wasn't so good so ate else where but overall superb experience. Would definitely go again.

Cleanliness; newly remodeled look; stylish flooring in bathroom.The oceanfront balcony I requested was on the side of the hotel, not directly facing the ocean like I understood it would be.We enjoyed our stay.
