Location to the beach and boardwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not that great. I would stay at the Courtyard Marriott again, but not eat at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was nice, but overpriced for what we got. My kids loved the swimming pool, but it was very small. Would have been nice to have an outdoor pool.
