Very good location on Atlantic Ave.
The outside needs to be renovated.
When we pulled up I thought that the hotel as pretty shabby. When we saw the suite we were quite impressed. The price was so low, our expectations were low. Good surprise and very good staff.

Closeness to the boardwalk.
The overall experience the rooms were shabby, and filthy.
The staff at the desk was very unfriendly and rude. The rooms were filthy, it was worst than staying at a cheap motel. Was not worth the price. Would never stay there again.
