The staff went out of his way to make us comfortable.
We needed a nonsmoking room and they didn't have one on the 1st floor for us as I am unable to do stairs.

I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. There was a wide variety of coffee and foods.
We were put in a handicap access room; every time we showered there was water everywhere in the bathroom.
The staff at the Americ Inn of Wabasha was very accommodating. The pool area was very family friendly and the breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again!
