Swimming pool was nice, boys enjoyed.It would have been great if the fitness room had weights.Great hotel, great location. Very clean room and location was the best.

The rooms was great, In a great location.More meat for breakfast.Overall I really liked the hotel. The staff was helpful and the location is great.

Good breakfast.Non-smoking room not guaranteed or supplied.Recent take-over of a Hawthorne Suites Hotel by this company seems to have resulted in a slight slippage in normally expected quality of service.

Nice king suite.Ran out of breakfast fast.Nice hotel but didn't think it was worth $95/night in Waco. But, the price was comparable to others in the area.

Mini fridge, microwave.Because of sports team staying there, we couldn't get extra blanket or pillow & hot tub was out of order.It was clean, and very nice. The hot tub was out of order and because of several sports teams staying there that same night, when I called to get an extra blanket and pillow they were all gone.

We booked at a time when most were not traveling, so we had the hotel to ourselves for the most part.In the past three years we have stayed at the same hotel, the hot tub has never worked.For the most part, the staff was nice. Although we did not have very much contact with them on this trip. Only one time did a staff member seem agitated at a request, but the situation turned out OK.

Good location, clean, good service.Would have liked it to be a little cheaper.The hotel was in a great location. Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was extremely nice. Service was friendly and fast. All in all, a good experience.
