Price.
Bad breakfast.
If you are looking for a place to stay and not break your pocket book, this is the place. But, do not expect much. It is adequate. Right across the street from the pool which is handy if you are in town for a swim meet.

The room floor and shower were dirty. The bed was not comfortable.
This was one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed at. The room was old, dingy, dirty. While at a convenient location downtown, that is the only positive attribute.

The beds were comfortable and they had a good TV channel.
Rates were higher than expected and there were dirty towels in the bathroom when we checked in.

It was air conditioned.
The bed was so bad that my back is still giving me fits four days later.

Very convenient to Downtown Walla Walla.

For economy accommodations this works out fine; just a couple blocks from the main street and wineries. Two restaurants within a block. I ate at the Mill Creek Bar and Grill and had a very positive experience there.
