Location.
Outdated, not clean, bad service, etc.Overrated. The named resort does not apply for us. Price is ridiculous for what you get or don't get. Lastly don't waste your money.

The pool was very nice.Room was Utilitarian - no fridge, safe, andinternet.

They have a larger parking lot.The parking lot had pot holes.I would first like to say that I have heard some good things about the Avalon. However, my experience was less than good. The staff was very helpful.No elevator, unsafe 2nd floor and stair railing for children.There was no elevator to the second floor and with 2 small children this was not easy. The stair banister and balcony which you had to pass to get to our room was not safe for small children they could fall through the spindles very easily. Can't believe ...Read More
