The staff was really nice, especially the older lady that fix breakfast everyday. She goes out of her way to help you.I was worried about the safety of the hotel, because I did not see cameras anywhere, but the rear door entry did not lock, so I notified the staff.I liked the hotel, but I think the thing that frightened me the most was the safety of the hotel. The hotel staff allowed my family to take over the lobby area for our meetings.I have no complaints.The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hot breakfast was very good.Ice machine was broken on the first floor.Overall, I was very pleased. We were assigned a room on the second floor and I told the clerk my wife handicapped and we were given a room of the first floor near an entry door. Very co-operative staff.

The people servicing the breakfast area were very friendly.None of the public spaces were air conditioned; the hotel had a bad odor (mildew, etc), the front desk people seemed confused.This wasn't a great hotel; it wasn't terrible either. It was convenient to the interstate and restaurants.It does not have an elevator.The hotel staff was very friendly. When I check in, my first room wasn't cleaned, so I went down and asked for another room. They accommodated me with another room with out any problem or attitude. Nothing.N/AThe bathroom shower had very little water pressure. The staff agrees to stuff on the phone and while you are standing there, but do not honor the agree upon terms once you actually show-up or depart.
