Wonderful desk staff, elegant, comfortable, spacious rooms.The staff was a tiny bit stretched during the evening rush. But not bad.The Four Seasons minus the steroids. Like a boutique 5 star. Accomodating, gracious staff; spacious comfy rooms. Fab location, gorgeous street appeal. Did not see the fitness room or the restaurant, but room service was prompt and good.

Free water and cookies.Parking was costly and unfriendly staff.A 3 star hotel labeled as a 4 star. Parking is $38 a night and Internet is $10. Be prepared for an extra $48 a night.

Plush robes, apples in lobby, newspaper in AM, service with a smile.They put us in a room facing a brick wall and a loud AC unit, but they moved us to a nice room later.Understated, refined and unimposing.
