The staff was a tiny bit stretched during the evening rush. But not bad.
The Four Seasons minus the steroids. Like a boutique 5 star. Accomodating, gracious staff; spacious comfy rooms. Fab location, gorgeous street appeal. Did not see the fitness room or the restaurant, but room service was prompt and good.

Parking was costly and unfriendly staff.
A 3 star hotel labeled as a 4 star. Parking is $38 a night and Internet is $10. Be prepared for an extra $48 a night.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice.
When booked for 8 people, I got two rooms each with a king bed.
This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious. However as I previously stated when I booked two rooms for 8 people I felt I should get a room with two double beds.
