Great front desk, honored my special requirement.Nothing.Excellent business hotel. I had a terrible time finding a hotel at the government rate, as the trip was planned quickly. I put the government rate in, and this hotel is what I got. Could not have been better. I will use this approach in the future.

Linens/bedding, pillows, and bed were all excellent and very comfortable, location was also great.Restaurant & it's service.Excellent location, 2 blocks from White House, 1 block from Metro station. The staff was helpful in finding restaurants and directions to subway.I didn't have a coffee packet one of the mornings.The location is excellent and is why we selected this hotel. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed sitting outside for drinks.

Convenience to subway.Rooms could be cleaner and updated AC filters need to be cleaned.In my opinion it is not a 3.5 star. Reception people were not very friendly. TV and rooms need to be updated. Flat screen TV and i pod alarm clocks would be nice for them to add to room.
