Negative Comment - Did not know until we checked in that there would be a $20 per night surcharge for double beds. Not a good surprise.

Review - Convenient, friendly, nice amenities, but extra charge for double beds - not at all clear up front in the bidding process. Have stayed here several times though and will recommend it.

Negative Comment - There is an extra fee for Internet service in the room and the signal strength is poor in some rooms.

Review - Great place to stay - 3 blocks from DuPont Circle. For a hotel built in 1906, the rooms and common spaces are very well maintained. Many modern conveniences hidden and that maintains the historic look.
