Did not know until we checked in that there would be a $20 per night surcharge for double beds. Not a good surprise.
Convenient, friendly, nice amenities, but extra charge for double beds - not at all clear up front in the bidding process. Have stayed here several times though and will recommend it.

The location is close to a Metro station and many good restaurants.
There is an extra fee for Internet service in the room and the signal strength is poor in some rooms.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating.
It is at the top of a big hill.
Great place to stay - 3 blocks from DuPont Circle. For a hotel built in 1906, the rooms and common spaces are very well maintained. Many modern conveniences hidden and that maintains the historic look.
